I had surgery before because of a fleshy nose, so I am writing a review. I did not like the blunt look, so I had surgery at [Clinic A] to make it slimmer. They said it was possible without an implant, so I had it done without an implant. Since there is no silicone or anything inside, maybe that is why it seems to have turned out naturally well. Personally, I am satisfied.
