After revision nose surgery, the silicone bent -> nostril asymmetry appeared
It was a huge stress having nostril asymmetry that no one else noticed but I knew about myself. But you know how it is, since it is something only I notice, I kept wondering whether I should have surgery or not..... I seriously spent years just agonizing over it
But I thought that if I kept agonizing more, I would just keep agonizing forever, so I had the surgery this year while I was still a little younger
I looked through a lot of before-and-after photos and chose a place where the front view looked good, and even though I did not mention my concerns, they checked the frontal nostrils, the nostril openings, and the degree of columella retraction, which made me trust them
I wanted a natural look, so I wanted to avoid implants, but they said I needed silicone, so I had no choice but to use it. Still, maybe thanks to that (?) the bridge looks a lot prettier, and the bulbous nose seems to have improved too..
The first time, it was so annoying to see the tip drop over time that it was obvious to the eye. The revision seems to hold better..? There is a warranty paper for the tip, and honestly if I never need to use it, that would be real proof
I have not had a reason to use it yet, but if I do, I will write again..
