Had nose surgery two months ago with septoplasty and donated rib cartilage, using no implant. After the surgery, one nostril’s breathing passage became much narrower. I also had alar reduction, and it seems to be looking more natural as time goes on. Since it was an implant-free surgery and I have a bulbous nose, I thought there would not be much change from the front, but it changed quite a bit. However, the tip is so high that even from an angled view it still looks like I had nose surgery. The price was very low, but I think this is the ultimate factory-style clinic. The design was finished on the operating table in less than a minute. The consultation was very kind.. The treatment-room desk staff were kind. If I went back again... hmm..
