Loosening after male incisional double-eyelid surgery

I had incisional double-eyelid surgery around the end of December 2019, when I was 26. I heard that Dr. Kang Yoon-je performs eye surgery conservatively, so I went to him believing he would operate safely with fewer side effects. Dr. Kang seemed to have a very negative opinion about ptosis correction, probably because he had treated many revision patients who developed functional discomfort as a side effect of ptosis correction. So in my case too, he did not do ptosis correction and only performed double-eyelid surgery with a very low line. In conclusion, the double eyelids came undone after just one or two months, and when I later went back and asked, “My double eyelids have loosened, so what should I do?” he recommended a forehead reduction lift because the distance between my eyes and eyebrows is narrow. Of course, even before the surgery, he had told me that my eyelids were thick and the distance between my eyes and eyebrows was narrow, so there was a chance the double eyelids could loosen afterward. But when they actually loosened and I went back and heard that, I felt a little disappointed because it seemed like he had not told me the best solution from the beginning. Dr. Kang Yoon-je has a style with very clear personal views, and he seems to think negatively about ptosis correction and consider it high-risk. Right now, I have looked into an endoscopic forehead lift and have made a reservation to have the surgery.
