I had surgery 15 years ago, and I went for consultations because both eyes are uneven and the line is too high, so I want to lower it. My eyes are protruding and horizontally long, and I want to improve the sleepy-looking appearance.
1. ㅇㅁㄹ (Director ㄷㅇㄹ) Recommended double-line lowering and ptosis correction. They did not really assess the current condition of my eyes well, and just said I should do double-line lowering and ptosis correction. They did not mention things like side effects.
2. ㅁㅅㄹㅇ As I had seen in consultation reviews, they seemed conservative. There was absolutely no cost discount. They did not shape the eye line for me. The director was kind and accurately assessed and explained the current condition of my eyes. They said my eyes look sleepy, but for eyes like mine, I should not do ptosis correction (because side effects could occur). Only proceed with lowering the line through double-line lowering. But they said there is a risk of developing multiple double eyelid folds (although the probability is low).
3. ㅌㅇㅅ (Director ㅇㅅㄱ) They pointed out the current condition of my eyes well. They said to do double-line lowering and ptosis correction. They said I need fat grafting above the eyes. Otherwise, multiple double eyelid folds could form. For the first time, they shaped the line for me and even measured how many millimeters my current double eyelid line is, so I felt trust in them. But I was a little worried because it felt like a factory-style clinic.
4. ㅇㅇㅋ I was confused about whether I should do ptosis correction or not, so I went there last. Proceed with double-line lowering. For ptosis correction, they will check during surgery and proceed if needed (they said they would only do it slightly if they do). They suggested fat repositioning above the eyes to prevent multiple double eyelid folds. They shaped the line several times. They did not make unreasonable demands(?), and it seemed like a compromise between the consultation opinions I had received so far, so I plan to do it here.
