I heard rumors and went to see Director HSH. I was surprised by the consultation style, which was quite different from other hospitals, and I received a consultation for over 40 minutes about the nasal support structure the director created. He has impressive pride in his own surgical technique, and the front desk was also kind in their response, even arranging a phone consultation the next day for things I could not ask during the consultation.
