A while ago, when I had surgery for rhinitis, I had my hump shaved down and a thin layer of silicone placed so the hump wouldn’t come back up. I had the surgery at an ENT clinic. But now I want to remove the silicone and touch up the shape of my nasal tip again. Would it be better to go back to the place that did it, or would it be better to visit plastic surgery clinics whose nose shapes I like...
