Silicone and cartilage removal

No nasal support strut, no septal cartilage harvesting. That was the conclusion, and I think that’s the fact. When I checked while going around to 3 places, they all said there wasn’t any. They said it seems like the silicone was placed all the way to the nasal tip, with one round piece of cartilage placed on the tip side. I don’t have contracture right now, but I intermittently have tenderness in my nose. When I wake up after sleeping, it’s fine, and when I walk around outside, it also feels like it hurts. In this situation, with total removal, honestly I think I’d be fine even if everything is removed through a closed approach and I just get repositioning. If there’s no support strut, will my nose lift up, or if septal cartilage wasn’t harvested, will it collapse…
