A scaredy-cat who got LAMS because I was afraid of liposuction.. I’m already 3 months post unlimited LAMS on my upper arms When I was really into plastic surgery, I was active in this community, but I haven’t been able to come on much lately. Since it’s now been 3 months, I’m posting this review to share!
Usually, there are a lot of thin people whose only concern is their upper arms, but I’m just fat(?).. So I thought this might be a more realistic review, so I’m writing it.....ㅋㅋㅋㅋ ㅠㅠ
My stats are embarrassing, but I was 164 cm / 77 kg, seriously huge, and I got LAMS when my upper-arm circumference was 39.0 cm. As a result, I lost 3.6 kg in weight, and my circumference went down by 5.2 cm! When seen from the front, the side bulge that stuck out on the sides went down so, so much, so my overall frame looks smaller!!
The reason my weight loss is relatively small is.. it may sound like an excuse, but despite being young, my body is really in bad shape.... I’m prediabetic, I take hormone medication, and my body itself has poor circulation. I did already eat a lot, but after being prescribed medication, I really cut down my food intake a lot, and even so, the weight didn’t come off that easilyㅠ So for now, I’ve stopped the hormone medication too and am thinking about detoxing!
Even when I was 55 kg, only my upper arms were thick, so my friends said it was strange and fascinating. At this point, I’m thinking all the fat that wouldn’t come off has been removed, and I’m going to try dieting hard!
There are relatively more liposuction reviews than LAMS reviews, so I was curious, worried, and scared, but I’m glad it turned out wellㅜ Clothes that used to feel tight around my upper arms aren’t tight now, and it’s so amazing ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Also, whenever I bought clothes, I used to check the upper-arm width first, but now I don’t have to do that anymore, so it feels newly amazing and moving.. The biggest thing I can feel is that the fit of clothes has changed!!! I think it definitely hits me more when I’m dressed than when I’m undressed, and visually too.
They still need to get thinner, so I bought a body gua sha to manage them diligently! I’m planning to really put my passion into it...ㅎ
I hope this helps everyone who is considering LAMS ㅠㅠ If you have questions, ask me!! When I was considering LAMS, I was sad because I had nowhere to ask ㅠㅠ Anyway, for people who want liposuction but are scared or worried about anesthesia, I highly recommend LAMS!!
