After before after Now that it's been about 1 month, I barely have any pain. No bruising either! I'm walking diligently and massaging diligently every day so the swelling goes down. I'm satisfied because the line has been refined a lot. They said it takes 2-3 months for all the swelling to go down, so I'm going to start Pilates again from tomorrow. It went down from 33 -> 29 cm, and my goal is to get down to 26,, since I spent money on it, I need to put in effort too. When I wear a sleeveless top and look in the mirror, the protruding fat is gone, so I'm really satisfied. I keep thinking I should have done it when I was younger, when I didn't have muscle and only had fat. My arms had a lot of muscle. Still, I think once more swelling goes down, they'll become thinner and prettier!
