I have a slight scar mark on my eye. I'm pretty easygoing, so I just let it go, but about 1 year? after the surgery, I was rubbing my eye and a stitch that hadn't been fully removed came out. It was annoying to contact them, and the scar had already formed, so I didn't contact them separately, but it does feel outrageous. It wasn't the person who operated on me who removed the stitches; someone like a medical assistant? removed them.
