Before surgery, my right eye had an inner double eyelid, and my left eye didn’t. I was concerned that my eyes looked tired whenever I took photos, and that my eyes were uneven. After the consultation, I learned that because my eye-opening strength was weak, my eyes looked even more tired in photos. On January 17, I visited Barabon Plastic Surgery, had a thorough consultation with the director, and because I wanted bigger, more open-looking eyes, I proceeded with incisional double eyelid surgery, epicanthoplasty, and 3-way lateral canthoplasty. During the consultation, the director realistically explained the line that would suit my eyes, and instead of just recommending that I go as big as possible, recommended a direction that would match the overall atmosphere of my face, which I liked. Now I’m satisfied because I feel like I got the big, open-looking eye shape I initially wanted, and people around me also tell me a lot that I’ve gotten prettier, so I’m happy!
