I had a complex about my nose, so I got nose surgery, but the bluntness of my nasal tip didn’t improve, and I didn’t like the line either, so I still kept feeling unsatisfied with my nose. In the end, I got revision rhinoplasty again.... This time, I really wanted it to succeed, so I had it done at a place that could assess my nose line according to my facial balance and clearly improve it. Since it was a revision surgery, I went to consultations at several places, but this clinic felt like they looked at things the most realistically. Since it was revision surgery, I wanted to have it done properly, so I had a lot of questions, and Director Oh Se-won answered the things I was curious about in detail. He also explained in detail why donated costal cartilage would be used and why septal extension was necessary, which I liked. The photos were taken when it had only been 2-3 weeks, but I was already highly satisfied... lol There is still some residual swelling, but the nasal tip has definitely become slimmer, and the bulbous-nose look has decreased a lot, just as I wanted. It’s week 3, and if it’s already like this, I think it’ll get even prettier once the swelling goes down, so I’m really looking forward to it now haha Since it was revision surgery, I had a lot of concerns and worries, but the parts I was disappointed with after my first nose surgery have clearly improved, so my stress has decreased a lot. I also feel like the overall balance of my face has become much better, so I think it was a good decision to get enough consultation and have revision rhinoplasty at this clinic haha

5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
