Current condition 1 year after 3-contour facial contouring and side effects related to skin sagging

I’m someone who always had a complex about my face shape .. Ever since middle school, I used to tell my mom I wanted facial contouring surgery, but she scolded me so harshly that I gave up. After becoming an adult, though, I had more days where photos were taken, so my cheekbones and square jaw started bothering me more and more. Then the algorithm kept showing me Dr. Park Jung-il at a clinic, so I thought I’d just give it a try and had the surgery done!! First of all, I’m extremely satisfied with the result. Before surgery, I was always busy editing my face shape, but now I don’t touch my face shape at all haha. Even when someone else takes pictures of me, I look so pretty .. Now that it has been exactly 1 year, before surgery I knew about things like sagging, nonunion, blurred jawline/contour, and deeper nasolabial folds, but I was so stressed about my face shape right then that I accepted those risks and had the surgery. Even without surgery, as you get older year by year, sagging and aging happen anyway, so I wanted to have the surgery, manage myself well, and live prettily, even knowing there could be possible side effects. Fortunately, I was lucky with my hospital choice, the surgery went well, and I don’t seem to have any of those side effects right now. The thing I was most afraid of, sagging, is something I don’t feel at all. During the consultation, the director also said that facial contouring surgery can cause sagging, but most patients don’t realize that sagging has occurred. I couldn’t understand it at the time, like, how could you not know if sagging happened??? But now I think I understand what he meant. A specialist might be able to see even subtle differences, but I wondered if I just didn’t notice because I see my own face every day, so I asked acquaintances I met after a long time, and they said they didn’t get that feeling at all, so I think it’s fine. I don’t do any special care, just about 300 shots of Shurink once every 6 months. It costs less than 100,000 won. There are so many clinics these days, so there are a lot of places that do Shurink cheaply. I had three types of facial contouring, and my 45-degree cheekbones were also very prominent, so they shaved them down. General anesthesia is too hard on the body, and since sedation anesthesia has the same effect but is much less burdensome on the body than general anesthesia, I originally went around for consultations intending to have surgery under sedation anesthesia. After surgery, they let me fully view the CCTV footage, so I watched it, and I could see there was no movement and that the surgery finished smoothly. Of course there was no proxy surgery either! The cost was a bit higher than other places, but if the first surgery goes badly and you need revision surgery, it costs more money, so I think it’s better to do it properly the first time and be done with the first surgery! Also, major swelling goes down to some extent in 2 weeks, but if it hasn’t even been a week since surgery, or even at 2 weeks, there’s no way all the swelling can dramatically disappear completely. You do go through a period of swelling obsession, but eventually it all goes down. And I started going outside from day 5 wearing a hat and mask, and after suture removal, I could go about daily life just wearing a mask without any problem. My friend also saw that mine turned out well and had surgery at the same clinic, and seeing that my friend also got a big effect, I think the director there is good at surgery.
