Posting my progress after nostril lowering to correct my upturned nostril appearance

Because of my upturned nostril appearance, it was really stressful that my nostrils looked lifted when seen from below. My nasal alae also looked spread out, so I wanted to correct that too. I did not want to change the height, just refine the shape naturally, so I looked for a place that does nostril lowering and had surgery at ItsB. I had it done without an implant, using donated costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage. The nostril lowering was done together with ear cartilage grafting and a skin graft. They harvested skin from behind my ear and grafted it to my nose. They also projected the nasal tip forward and adjusted the columella. The director at ItsB explained in advance that after nostril lowering, the nasal tip could become a bit larger and longer. They also said the inside of the nose could become somewhat bulging and that swelling could last a bit long, but maybe because I had mentally prepared after hearing that, I felt less anxious during recovery. Now the nostril-lowering effect is clear, so my nostrils do not look lifted, and even from the side, my nasal line feels like it falls cleanly. It feels natural to the touch too, and since there is no implant, I like that there is no foreign-body sensation. There was also a bulging feeling inside the nose, but that has gradually settled down too. When I compare the before-and-after photos for nostril lowering, there is definitely a clear difference. The director’s explanation was detailed, and I am satisfied with the surgical result, so I am posting my progressㄴ
