A hump nose + droopy nose + crooked nose + deviated septum were my complexes, and I didn’t want an overly flashy nose. I only wanted to resolve my complexes, so I proceeded with implant-free rhinoplasty together with correction of the deviated septum. Contrary to my worries, even without an implant, the result came out the way I wanted, so I was very satisfied! If you are pursuing a natural look and also want to address functional issues, I definitely recommend it!
