Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Complete removal? Reconstruction after partial removal?

Right now, after revision surgery, the silicone in my nasal bridge is crooked, and my nasal tip is autologous costal cartilage, but my columella is twisted and contracture is starting. If I get it done somewhere else, I have to wait 6 months.. My mind is like a reed, changing dozens of times a day.. First of all, I definitely want to remove the nasal bridge silicone, and I want to preserve the tip cartilage a bit so I can at least keep the nasal tip? But.. If both the bridge and tip get lower and spread out, I think my appearance-related anxiety will get really bad..ㅠ At least I want to keep the nasal tip a little.. If I feel like I’ll get anxiety over going back to my original nose, reconstruction would be the right choice rather than complete removal, right? This feeling of wanting to save at least the nasal tip if the bridge disappears..
