It wasn't just that my nostrils were wide; my nasal bones themselves were really wide too, and my bulbous nose was severe, so I was worried whether it could succeed in one surgery. But comparing before and after, it looks much slimmer, right? It hasn't even been a month yet, just a little over two weeks ㅋㅋㅋ I had some nasal bridge height already, so the doctor said I didn't necessarily need silicone, so I did it without an implant, and for the nasal tip, considering support and long-term maintenance, I used autologous costal cartilage. I had the surgery at Dalbi Plastic Surgery, and this place builds the support structure in 4 layers, so I don't have to worry as much about the nasal tip dropping, and I also don't have to worry as much about inflammation from silicone, so I like it ㅠㅠ More than anything, my nose had all sorts of issues, but I think the shape came out refined and not overdone, so I'm looking forward to how it will look once all the residual swelling goes down.. Since they didn't put cotton packing in my nose, I wasn't very uncomfortable after surgery, and I'm relieved the progress is good. Also, because they didn't put cotton packing in after nose surgery, recovery is really comfortable!!
