This is fascinating.. This was my first surgery itself, but maybe because my skin is thin, I barely have any swelling. As for facial swelling, I think just the inner corners of my eyes are a little swollen. The surgery I had was hump shaving, osteotomy, and septal cartilage for the nasal tip. I don’t know if the doctor’s hand skills are just that good, but it’s so fascinating that there’s no swelling. It doesn’t hurt either. My nasal tip was originally low, so my face looked broad and my mouth looked protruded, but even just seeing it with the splint on, I feel like my face has more dimension now, so I’m happy haha
