If my natural nose was an arrow-shaped nose and the nasal tip was a bit droopy, should I say, “Please make it slightly more lifted than my original nose when you reposition it~”....? Usually, they make it droopier with cartilage repositioning because they’re worried it might lift during the contraction phase, right?
