Review of revision surgery for protruding, contracted nose

I had a lot of worries about getting surgery as I got older, and because I suffered so much from the first surgery at another hospital, I kept debating whether to go through with it or not.I also thought there might be financial issues and that recovery might be harder because of my age, but I figured I should at least get a consultation first and started looking for a hospital.Then I found Lowel Plastic Surgery. They had good reviews and seemed to be a popular place for contracted nose repair, nose reconstruction, and revision rhinoplasty.I liked that they used 3D implants, and that was definitely one reason I decided on them.From my perspective, more important than simply being cheap was what they would use and how the surgery would change things.Of course, the price was also better than the other hospitals I looked into. It matched the amount posted on the app, excluding the custom implant.So for the revision surgery, they removed the silicone, used an InnoFit 3D implant for the bridge, and used autologous costal cartilage for the tip.The first day was hard because I could not breathe through my nose at all and could only breathe through my mouth, but after that the recovery was fast and went well.My nose was always blocked, but when I visited the hospital after surgery, the nurse opened it up really refreshingly <- that is what I remember most. I was so grateful.Because they used autologous costal cartilage, the pain was more from the rib area than from the nose itself, but after about a week I was able to go back to normal life.I am still recovering, but since this was the nose surgery I wanted and it seems to have gone well, I am happy.I do not have a very active lifestyle, so it is a small amount, but at first, because of the swelling, even the shape around my eyes changed a little, and everyone said it came out well, and that my nose got much higher...I was grateful to Director Kim Jae-yoon.. It has been a little over a month since the surgery, and I think self-satisfaction is what matters most. I find myself looking in the mirror a lot more, even though I never used to.. I think the early stage care is the most important, so I have been being careful, but after that I plan to relax a little more.
