When I first had rhinoplasty, as far as I know they only used septal cartilage, but I’m not sure if they did cartilage tying or repositioning ㅠㅠ Anyway, they said they would use septal cartilage. But my bulbous nose correction wasn’t done properly, so I need to do it again. What would be best for revision surgery?? Please tell me what material makes the nasal tip come out slim and refined.. A lot of people do rib cartilage, but the idea of taking it from the chest is kind of scary. I don’t even know if I’m properly looking into good hospitals.. How’s my list: ㄹㅂㄹ, ㅅㅇ, ㄹㅋㅋ, ㅅㅇ, ㅁㅅㅇ? I’m not too keen on places that use donated rib cartilage

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
