I had it done at KD and I’m satisfied!! I covered the photo really thoroughly because I was worried someone might recognize me... lol I had a dorsal hump and my nasal tip was low. I had nasal tip suturing, alar reduction, dorsal hump shaving, and used septal cartilage! The surgical scar has healed well too, so it feels like it’s barely visible??? If you’re going to have surgery, don’t get threads or filler
