Review One Month After Upturned Nose Surgery

Before<Before>Before<After>After<Before>After<After>I got nose surgery to fix the image of my nostrils looking too large and very visible from the front.

After looking around here and there, it seemed like people usually recommend nostril reduction, lowering the alar rims, nasal tip, and nasal bridge surgery, around that much.

Since nasal tip surgery involves an external columellar incision, I was a bit worried,

but at the last clinic I visited, they said they had a three-dimensional nose surgery that only incises the nostril area (lowering the alar rims and columella, tying the nasal tip?), so I went ahead with it there.

After surgery, I feel like my frontal image has improved a lot for now.

The width on both sides also became narrower, and since the columella came down, it feels less like a pig nose.

For the side view of the nose, maybe because it was not nasal tip surgery, there does not seem to be a dramatic change.

I’m going to watch the progress and think about whether to additionally do the nasal tip or not.
