My jaw used to protrude like an underbite, and my midface was flat, so anyone could tell I was a two-jaw surgery case. But after getting my nose done, that changed a lot~~ Of course, it may also be because my nasal bridge was that flat, but rhinoplasty... maybe because it balances the center of the face, it also had the effect of making my chin look more recessed. So I started thinking that people who are cases for protruding-mouth surgery or two-jaw surgery, but are hesitant because those are such major surgeries and feel burdened and scared, maybe they get rhinoplasty and chin surgery instead.
