My nose, which I had surgery on 10 years ago, developed contracture, so I decided to remove the silicone implant and have revision rhinoplasty. While looking into revision rhinoplasty, I ended up also doing the philtrum area, lowering the upturned nasal tip, and lifting the alar rims. I wanted a slightly plump, defined line like Go Youn-jung’s nose, and they really made it exactly like the photo I brought in. It’s a current style, but I like that it’s not excessive, and they explained materials like autologous costal cartilage and autologous dermis in a lot of detail, which was good. But honestly, as soon as I had the consultation with the director, I just got the feeling, ‘Ah, this is the place.’ (The director is totally my type, I have a thing for older men..🤣) It’s been 3 weeks since surgery now, and even though there’s still a bit of residual swelling, I’m satisfied with the line. They said it will look more natural over time, so I’m waiting it out. This time it feels like it’s going to be a success, so I’m touchedㅠ It really cost as much as a used car, so I wondered five hundred million times whether this made sense, but honestly, it’s worth the money.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex
My round nasal tip was so different from the look I wanted… You know how a bulbous nose looks even thicker and more emphasized in photosㅠ... Even though the side profile seemed okay? From the front, it looked spread out. There are different
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Review of My Revision Rhinoplasty After 5 Years
5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
