I went during the holiday period, and just as I had worried, there were way too many people. It took over 4 hours just to get the consultation, but the consultation itself seemed to take less than 5 minutes. The price difference between the review discount + same-day condition discount and the regular amount was huge. Being sent around with “Where are you going?” and “Please wait” felt like some hospital specializing in health checkups. The staff seemed friendly, but they didn’t handle other people’s complaints well either, and I strongly felt that even if I had surgery there, they probably wouldn’t be able to take good care of me. The time I spent waiting felt wasted. I wonder if I would have felt differently if I had gone when it was less crowded and more relaxed.
