Honestly, whenever people said things like, “I have a completely flat chest I have zero natural tissue,” even though they actually had at least a little, I used to scoff. I was truly someone who used a bra just as a cover-up. I’m the type who doesn’t gain weight on my body, so how would I have any breast tissue.. But when I looked at flat chest surgery reviews, most of them were from people who originally had at least a little natural tissue, so their cleavage came together quickly and there were many reviews where they got that UIU shape, you know?^^ But reality is like this hahaha At least when I had surgery at the plastic surgery clinic, Director Kwon Jung-woo told me that because I was very thin and my skin had strong elasticity, flat chest surgery was possible without a bowl-like look, but it would be hard to expect my cleavage to come together, and my breast pocket wasn’t large either, so honestly I didn’t expect much. But you know how people are; once my breasts got bigger and I saw my cleavage coming together more than I expected, I started wanting more, right? lol They told me not to force them together, but I’ve tried pushing them together with my hands and even with a bra. My tissue hasn’t fully softened yet and the implants are fixed in place, so if I force cleavage with a bra, the skin in the middle of the cleavage wrinkles like it’s being creased. But apparently even that gets better lol My review of flat chest surgery and pigeon chest surgery is the most realistic one. Don’t trust reviews from hypocrites who have a bit of natural tissue but say they have zero lol But I’m good at seeing myself objectively, so compared to before surgery, I’m very satisfied even with this much...
