I went for my follow-up today! Since my skin and tissue quality is on the good side, they said both the shape and feel have improved much faster, and that they will get even better going forward! I was regretting not going bigger, but they comforted me by saying that because I chose this size, it was possible to achieve good shape and feel. (I got Motiva Ergonomix 375cc based on the director’s recommendation! + accessory breast removal)
It’s honestly amazing to me that it hasn’t even been 2 weeks, but the feel has improved so quickly. I keep wondering, can it really improve this fast? Is it usually this fast? Since I don’t have anything to compare it to, I don’t know whether it’s fast or not.. (This will probably vary a lot by person!)
I had no pain after surgery, and the upper band and postoperative bra weren’t uncomfortable either, but the swelling and pain from the accessory breast area and the taping were really hard (It turns out I’m allergic to tape, and now I have dermatitis)
So I went in midway, had the taping removed, and wore the postoperative bra. It was to the point where I wasn’t in pain at all, so I returned my paid leave and went to work haha;;
Aside from a little chest muscle soreness right after surgery, I really wasn’t in pain to the point where I wondered if this was okay! I could lift my arms well too. (The area where I had liposuction for the accessory breast was so swollen and painful that I couldn’t properly lower my arms, so I lived with my hands on my head..)
Now I’m getting tingling sensations, maybe because sensation is coming back after surgery, but it’s tolerable. I just got capsular management a little while ago, and I feel like they’ve already become even softer. I’ll come back again after my 1-month follow-up~
