For the nose, go for surgery instead of filler

After coloring it in black, it looks a little scary;; I’m too lazy, so I’ll just upload it lol; People always say the nose is the center of the face, right? So even if just the nose is pretty, the whole vibe looks different. Honestly, even before surgery, my nose wasn’t ugly, but a sharp, defined nose was the look I wanted, so I only kept thinking about surgery for years But people said that once you get nose surgery, revision surgery is inevitable, so I briefly lost my mind and got nose filler once.. I only found out later, but after getting nose filler, it really spread out. So when I look at my pre-surgery photos, it had spread wider sideways than my original nose;; People who have tried nose filler will know, but when you dissolve it later, it hurts like crazy, and the reason I wasn’t satisfied even after getting it was that it faded too quickly and spread out.. I haven’t tried a nose thread lift, but I heard it’s similar, so I’d recommend just getting rhinoplasty instead.. Before surgery, when viewed from below, there was also asymmetry on both sides, but just getting rhinoplasty changed my nose shape this much.. lol Of course, I dissolved the nose filler before surgery, and I had surgery using silicone and donated costal cartilage. Among the places I consulted, some mentioned autologous costal cartilage too, but no matter how much I thought about it, if I used autologous costal cartilage, rib pain + scarring bothered me, so it was a bit hard to do So I used donated costal cartilage, and fortunately the swelling recovered well, so it settled nicely too lol I wanted a naturally glamorous line, and I think it turned out well, fitting my face without only the nose looking too prominent. I like it. I also wanted the nasal tip not to be too pointy but softly rounded, and I think it came out the way I wanted?? Even though it was done with an open approach, the scar isn’t noticeable, and since this was my first surgery but I’m satisfied right away, I feel really relieved As I said earlier, the nose is the center of the face, so even if I dislike just a little bit of it, it feels really noticeable, but I like it so much that I look at only my nose all day long lololol Of course, some pain and discomfort during recovery can’t be helped, but when I talk with friends around me who got their noses done, my swelling went down pretty quickly too.. so it’s okay ^^
