For a male bulbous nose, is osteotomy necessary? For the estimates themselves, Louvre, Objet, Gonggan, and Siwoo said a no-implant option is possible, but I received osteotomy estimates from 2 places, and the other 2 places said it would probably be fine with just some shaving. They said that to correct the image of a thick bulbous nose, osteotomy would probably be better, but because of swelling and bruising, I’m worried it might be noticeable even if I wear a mask. Since it’s a workplace where everyone just quietly works, I think they’d probably just let it pass, but it’s getting hot now to keep wearing a mask.
