The staff's kindness was just plain dry, but that wasn't a major issue, so I didn't think much of it. Rather, I liked that the consultation manager smiled and handled the consultation calmly. When I met with the doctor, they explained everything in detail, but while talking about things like surgical confidence, I ended up forgetting my actually important questions. So I felt a little disappointed that I couldn't ask one or two questions. But they did explain things in detail
