My nose collapsed (after getting hit by a kid^^), so I had my nose rebuilt with donated costal cartilage and silicone. I’m bringing a review at 4 months post-op. I wanted to use my own autologous costal cartilage, but my autologous costal cartilage was severely calcified, so I used donated costal cartilage. Now, if I don’t say anything, no one can tell I had my nose done. It looks natural and so pretty! I do feel a little regret, wondering if I should have made it a bit higher, but I’m still satisfied.
