I had alar reduction and nostril reduction surgery with Director Kim Sang-ho. I was nervous because the reviews said he was unfriendly, but I did not really feel that way myself. He definitely seemed much kinder and warmer after the surgery than during the consultation. Most importantly, the surgery was, in the end, very natural and I am satisfied. Especially if I do not mention it, no one around me can tell, and there is no visible scar. One thing I regret is that I wish the alar base had been reduced just a little more. From the consultation all the way to right before surgery, he spoke very conservatively, and it seems he reduced it to the point that only I can tell. Still, I am satisfied because there is no scar and the result looks natural. This seems like a good fit for people who want safety and a conservative approach + prefer a natural result. For reference, the surgery cost is about 1.5 times higher than other clinics.
