When I had my nose surgery before, my skin was on the thin side, so the director said they wanted to raise the nasal tip more, but couldn’t because my skin was thin. They said they had raised it as much as possible, but as time passed, I feel like the nasal tip has dropped more than I expected. I’m planning revision surgery, and they said if I do it again, they’ll use autologous dermis. Has anyone tried it?
