I spent 2 weeks stuck inside the house, staring only at my nose all day and getting mentally messed up. Then I finally went out for the first time in a while to watch my favorite sports team’s game, forgot that I’d had surgery, and cheered while dancing and singing really intensely. Will it be okay? (Not just regular cheering, but very intense, with movements & shouting.) Thinking about it, they told me to start strenuous exercise after a month, but I forgot in the moment and cheered for about 30 minutes. Then I felt like my mentality was going to shatter, so I sat there looking like death and came home, and now I’m so worried I can’t sleep..
