I had functional nose surgery + cosmetic rhinoplasty done together at a clinic, and I think it’s been 2 years now! My image looks cleaner than before surgery, and it became naturally prettier without looking overly operated on! Thinking about it now, I kind of wish I had gone a little higher.. I guess ambition never ends haha They slightly shaved down my hump nose and corrected my crooked nose. The bridge was done with silicone, and the nasal tip was done with septal cartilage.
