I had rhinoplasty 6 years ago (donated rib cartilage, septal extension, nasal cartilage, osteotomy), and my airway became narrower, so it’s very uncomfortable. In terms of appearance, on the left nostril, the outer? inner valve seems to protrude, and the nostril has become like an “11” shape, slightly blocking my breathing. If I have everything in my nose removed, will the stuffiness decrease? I want to remove everything quickly
