6-month review of crooked nose / lifted nose revision surgery (autologous costal cartilage!!)

When I had my first surgery at another hospital, my nasal bone was slightly crooked, but the surgery went ahead without that being known, so the bridge position felt awkward and silicone had been inserted too aggressively, making the tip of my nose gradually feel like it was lifting.
