I finally got nose surgery too!! My face shape and eyes are pretty okay, but I was worried that my nose made my overall impression look a bit strong I had a hooked nose, and even the nasal tip felt slightly droopy, so it was really stressful So in the end, I visited several places for consultations and had surgery at the clinic I liked the most. While correcting the hooked nose, I also had columellar extension, nasolabial angle correction, and functional nose surgery together!! The pain from the surgery itself was okay, but I remember that for 1-2 days afterward, breathing was a bit uncomfortable and my mouth kept getting dry, which felt frustrating! The swelling also felt like it kept getting worse until days 3-4, but after the splint was removed, I could definitely see it gradually going down! Now, I think most of the major swelling around the nasal bridge is almost gone, but it feels like there is still a little left only at the nasal tip! People around me say it takes another 2-3 months for it to settle, so I’m curious how it will turn out Maybe because I see it every day, it’s starting to look the same now, so I’m going to keep taking photos and comparing them!
