They said raising the nasal tip was essential, because if the tip wasn’t raised, the skin above would stretch and the nasal tip would droop. That was an explanation I hadn’t heard anywhere else, so I liked how detailed it was, and the doctor was very clear about what was possible and what wasn’t. I also had columella correction, long-nose correction, and correction for a slightly crooked nasal bridge done together. My dorsal hump was really severe, so I wondered whether the nose surgery would turn out well, but the moment the splint came off, it looked so good that I was shocked. I didn’t know the line would come out this well, and it suits my face well, so I’m completely satisfied.
