One-month rhinoplasty review It’s already been a month since I had rhinoplasty! When I first started thinking about surgery, I had a lot of worries, but now I’m really satisfied, so I’m leaving a review :) I had surgery with Director Lee Ji-hwan at a plastic surgery clinic. From the consultation, he carefully explained a design that suited my face, which made me trust him, and I liked that he guided me in a direction that would make me look naturally prettier without going overboard! The materials used for me were septal cartilage + ear cartilage. I wanted to keep the nasal tip looking natural while also increasing support, so we ended up using multiple materials together.
Right after surgery ~ week 1 There was quite a bit of swelling, and my nose felt a little awkward. The swelling was especially worse in the morning, but as time passed, I could see it gradually going down, so I felt relieved.
Weeks 2~3 A lot of the major swelling went down, and the line gradually became more natural! People around me also started saying, “Something about your overall vibe looks better” haha
Now at one month Now it feels like my nose has completely settled into my face. I’m satisfied with both the front view and side profile, and most of all, I like it even more because it looks natural. At first I had a lot of worries, but now I’m so satisfied that I wonder why I didn’t do it sooner! I’m excited because I think it’ll look even prettier once more swelling goes down. I hope this helps even a little for those who are considering rhinoplasty.
