My nasal tip was always too bulbous and I had a hump, so I had been thinking about nose surgery for a long time and finally got it done. I was told that since it’s only day 7, the swelling is still severe, so I don’t know the final result yet, but I like that my side profile has become more defined. It was my first surgery, with silicone used for the nasal bridge and autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip. I hope the swelling and bruising go away soon...
