During the consultation, he showed PPT photos and used cases with noses similar to mine to show the postoperative changes in an easy-to-understand way, and the nose shape wasn’t artificial like it had been edited. My nose is one that even needs septal extension, so the diagnosis came out as using autologous costal cartilage + ear cartilage + septal cartilage, but I liked the nose from the virtual simulation, so I think I’ll do it here
