When I read posts, I often see a lot of opinions saying not to do it unless it’s really necessary. If your nose isn’t truly at the level of a complex, is it better not to do it? Mine isn’t a huge complex, but I wonder if my appearance might improve a bit if I get it done, and I’m also trying to improve functional aspects, so I’m thinking of doing functional rhinoplasty and cosmetic rhinoplasty together. I think I’d do only the nasal tip with costal cartilage, without silicone. If it’s not a really unattractive nose, would you not recommend it? Everyone, please freely leave your personal opinions.
