I had surgery to remove silicone 6 months ago, and after that, when the doctor sutured it, they aligned the left and right sides differently. They pulled the left side tighter and sutured it, so there was enough covering tissue left that it overlapped, and because of that the height of my left nostril became shorter.. In my opinion, after that, the alar cartilage protruded toward the columella side of the left nostril where the sutures were tighter, and inflammation developed. So under local anesthesia, I had surgery to cut out the protruding cartilage, but it is still protruding and feels hard when I touch it.. And as time passes, it keeps protruding again, so I’m really anxious.. Currently, the mucous membrane covering the cartilage is also thin, and because they cut away the mucous membrane and sutured it, the left columella has also curled inward a bit.. And on the right nostril, a nurse removed one stitch early, and I think maybe because of that, scar tissue from tension rose up a lot. Even after laser treatment there and Triam injections, there isn’t much effect, and it keeps coming back up.. After removing the silicone, I only meant to tidy up the nasal ala a little, but the aftercare wasn’t done properly, so since last September, it has been like this for 6 months now. I’m so stressed I’m studying right now, but I can’t even study and feel like I’m going to lose it mentally.. Because I keep getting Triam injections, the upper tissue of the nostril is getting thinner and gradually more pointed, but because of the scar tissue, I can’t not get them either.. I don’t know what I should do
