Everyone, it’s been 1 year since my breast revision surgery!!!! To mark the occasion, I’m recording in detail what many people are curious about: the feel and shape of the implants, plus even the scars lol
First, the reason I had revision surgery was, first of all, the size was way too big for my body type, and they were even uneven ^^ Sigh..... I have a short-waisted body type, but the breast design was elongated, so they looked saggy On top of that, the implants even shifted outward, to the point that when I lay on my side, I could feel the implant sliding over Do you know that feeling like the implant is slipping out? It gave me chills
But the first surgery really had so many problems The feel was so obviously surgical that it looked very obvious And because of the scars, I absolutely couldn’t wear sleeveless tops
✔️First surgery implant brand 400 / 340 dual-plane transaxillary incision ✔️Current implant brand 320 / 230 dual-plane transaxillary incision
Because my transaxillary incision scars were already so severe, I didn’t want to create new scars by doing an inframammary fold incision, So I decided to have the surgery through the armpit incision!! Just because it’s revision surgery doesn’t mean it has to be an inframammary fold incision?
The doctor said the incision scars were really severe, So during surgery, he excised and cleaned up the scar tissue, you know? But he operated so cleanly,,, He made it look sooo natural with almost no sign of surgery lololol How does it make sense to have surgery but not look like you had surgery? lol
The feel used to be really bad too Even if a not-very-sensitive person touched them, They could tell it was that implant brand with just one brush, They were tight? firm and hard I thought this was just a characteristic of that implant brand (sorry, implant brand) But wow.... after the revision, they feel springy and firm, And when I move, they jiggle like real flesh?
To quietly add one bit of TMI, My husband also keeps saying they feel like chewy rice cakes and keeps kneading them like crazy lololol
After the first surgery, My breasts were too big, so my whole frame looked huge, And even with a bra on, my breasts would all spill out, So I couldn’t manage them
Even though I downsized, Maybe because they were placed to suit my body type, They still feel glamorous, And clothes fit so well, so I’m really happy
This was revision surgery, and on top of that, during the first surgery itself, They said the breast pocket had been dissected incorrectly, so a new breast pocket had to be made, Which made it a difficult case So I was really worried about what if recovery took a long time, What if the result didn’t come out as much as I wanted, What if side effects happened, But when I had my 1-year ultrasound, they said everything was very clean, So I was so happy
Everyone here, please don’t suffer like I did, I really, really hope you meet a good doctor and succeed in getting the breasts you want!!
