After my eye and nose surgery, everything has pretty much settled now!! At this point, the word “recovery” itself almost feels irrelevant because it just feels like my own face. For my eyes, I had incisional eye revision surgery and secondary lateral canthoplasty, and for my nose, I had surgery on the nasal bridge, nasal tip, osteotomy, and hump removal! What I’ve been feeling lately is that my eyes seem to be settling as the swelling keeps going down little by little. These days, even the tiny bit of that characteristic residual swelling left on my eyelids has completely gone away, so even when my face is a bit swollen in the morning, the line settles really naturally without looking like I’m forcing my eyes open like before. What amazes me most is that the area where I had the secondary lateral canthoplasty has settled smoothly without any scar tissue. My eyes still look open and sharp, so lately, instead of hearing that I look sleepy, I think I hear more often that my gaze looks deep and has a certain atmosphere.😍 Since it was my 4th revision surgery, the swelling took quite a while, but I also wonder if it will feel different again after a year passes~ My nose now also feels like the implant has completely settled in as if it were my own tissue? Since the nasal bridge connects smoothly, my facial features definitely look more refined and balanced, and I’m so satisfied that the line where the hump was shaved down remains smooth without any unevenness. When I touch the nasal tip, the tissue feels much softer now, so there’s almost no pulling sensation when I make facial expressions, and it just feels like my own nose.!! More than anything, what I like is that it’s not the common “Gangnam unnie” line, but a design that was done to match my original facial proportions, and I can really feel that more as time goes by. Maybe because I’m often told that my overall vibe has become more luxurious without looking artificial, now when I look in the mirror, rather than thinking it looks obvious that I had surgery, it just feels like this was originally my face, so I’m really happy! Now there’s nothing special I need to manage separately, and I’m living comfortably without any particular worries!
