My bridge and nasal tip are originally somewhat on the higher side, but I have a bulbous nose, so I’m concerned that it looks spread out and went for a consultation to correct it. They said not to use silicone, but to build a support strut with septal cartilage and use ear cartilage to correct the nasal tip. I have some questions, so I’m asking. 1. If septal cartilage is used, will there be changes to the structure inside the nose or internally? 2. After surgery, could nasal congestion or breathing discomfort occur? 3. I have mild rhinitis; is there a possibility it could get worse after surgery? I’d also like to hear opinions from people who have had similar cases or experience.
