Nose Re-Surgery

Inflammation with no implant

Sigh, I never thought I’d come back to this community 2 years after my surgery. Since 5 days ago, the inside of my nose has been stinging so much that I went to an ENT first, and they said the inside of my nose was irritated. So I was prescribed antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication and have been taking them, but since then, when I come home in the evening, my nose gets red... It’s fine when I’m outside, but once I get home, my nose gets completely blocked and turns red... And after I take the medicine, the redness goes away quickly, but my nose feels like it’s clumping up. Like when you press your lips together after applying tint, it feels like the inside of my nose is being pulled? Is it because the mucous membrane is swollen? This has never happened to me before, so I’m genuinely scared and can’t focus on work. All I had done was shaving down the hump, and the only cartilage used in my nose was ear cartilage. There’s no pain on the outside of my nose, and the redness also settles quickly, so is it just inflammation of the mucous membrane or rhinitis? Even if I go to the hospital, I feel like they’ll say it’s not inflammation if the redness doesn’t persist and there’s no swelling or pus This is really so hard. Has anyone here had a case like this?
